Our apartment is the perfect place for couples or families with a child.

The property is located just a 12-minute walk from the nearest beach and also has access to a communal pool.

The apartment consists of:

• 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe (bed linen, towels)
• a bathroom with a shower
• a living room with a sofa bed
• TV
• a table with 4 chairs
• a balcony with armchairs and a coffee table overlooking the pool
• a kitchen equipped with all necessary accessories, a refrigerator, an electric stove, a microwave, a mini oven, an electric kettle, a coffee maker

Free wireless internet is available.

Guests can use the pool within the complex.

Two bicycles and two electric scooters are available for our guests to use!

We also offer airport transfers from Alicante if needed.

Near the property, there is a Consum and Aldi supermarket, as well as smaller shops, bars, and restaurants.

The famous Pink Lake is approximately a half-hour walk away.

A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon check-in and will be refunded on the day of departure after inspecting the condition of the apartment.

Upon request, we provide two bicycles and two electric scooters - an additional deposit of 100 euros per item is required.
